"....My daughter and I visited Alice Springs during our 18 days Australia tour and did the 3 day Emu Run camping tour and the 1 day McDonnell Ranges tour. They were the highlight of our holiday. The 3 days camping tour we were with 14 guests and GEORGE was our guide and driver. The first day we had to get used to his "urge for perfection" but we were, as he promised, rewarded for it :)The food during our tour was excellent, the sleeping in a swag under the stars was a dream.The 2 camping sites where we were staying had a swimming pool and that was a nice surprise with a temperature of 38°C The visited places and walks were impressive. For every member of our international group it was a pity that the tour ended after 3 days The1 day tour to Mc Donnell Ranges with very nice and pleasant guide Julia was much more relaxed We recommend this day trip and nice swimming you can have in the various Gorges.
... Emu Run is recommended to every visitor in the Red Centre !

Excellent food, knowledgeable guides who taught us so much about Central Australia and Aboriginal culture, Jason and Tony really put themselves out to tourists as does Denise in the office. The food was fresh and plenty of it. We also went to West MacDonnell Ranges with this company another excellent day. "....Uluru in a day Recently back from six weeks, exploring Australia. We had many experiences and high points, but the trip to Uluru by Emu Run Tours was tremendous. From pick up to drop off, we were looked after, fed, entertained by Tony and Tic. who showed a wealth of knowledge of the area and Aborigines life.Their friendly banter ,which never waned for the whole of the day. completed by a glass or two of bubbly and BBQ overlooking the Rock. Am 09.01.2013 habe ich einen Tag mit Emu Run den Uluru besucht. Es hat mir super gefallen und würde immer wieder mit Emu Run fahren. Die beiden Jungs haben das wunderbar gemacht. Wir hatten 50 Grad und es gab immer frischen Obst oder Wasser. Das BBQ mit Sunmdowner am Ulurua war mich das Highlight. Vielen Dank noch mal an den beiden Jungs. Sie haben ihre Sache super gemacht. Ein ganz dickes Lob bei den Temperaturen, die wir hatten. Regina :)"

Thanks to our driver and tour guide Clive for the great Aussie hospitality. There were long distances between stops, but he kept us interested with information about the local area.The amazing views of the gorges and landscape kept us occupied plus the reward of a dip in the waterhole at the end of the day kept us motivated.The cherry on the cake was the undocumented optional extra of a helicopter ride from Glen Helen Gorge. I snapped up this opportunity."

"....Just returned to the UK from a fabulous holiday in Australia. We did the trips to both Uluru and Kings Canyon Long days, but worth it!- Great praise to our drivers/guides, Tic & wardrobe ( so entertaining and full of interesting information ) on the Uluru trip, and Nathan for Kings Canyon. (again so much info) On both days the temperature was getting on for 40c and they made sure that everybody was fully aware of the need for drinking plenty of water.

"....Best tour ever! 3 days and 2 nights Camping Tour with Ryan and George as guides was absolutely the highlight of my travel in Australia. Watching sunset and sunrise at Uluru, hiking at Kata Tjuta and Kings Canyon are my most unforgettable travel experiences so far. Camping under the southern cross, watching millions of stars blinking above the sky, dreaming under the moonlight, one-star tour(George's joke) turned out to be a million-star accommodation. Ryan and George took care of everyone in the group. They cooked delicious meals every day and prepared plenty snacks and drinks during the walking or hiking. They told a lot of jokes which made our journey full of laughter and happiness. And of course, I learned much about aboriginal people and culture from them as well. Thanks so much Emu Run Tours and Ryan & George! Love you guys so much! I definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to visit central Australia! And I'd like to come back again!"

The transport was comfortable, staff were knowledgeable and accommodating (in fact they deserve a medal), the sights were amazing and the structure of the 3 Day Camping Tour was perfect. Ben our guide was awesome- so knowledgeable & passionate about what he is doing- it really shows. He is Lasseter's gold reef! ;-) Sleeping out under the stars and hiking through those amazing places will stay with me forever. It was an extremely well organised tour and great value for money.
